Yogathon invites yogis near and far to come together in support of Living Yoga's trauma-informed yoga programs. For the entire month of April, you can expect daily benefit classes
held at partnering yoga studios, educational events, social gatherings, and peer-to-peer fundraising to promote the many physical, emotional, and psychological benefits of yoga.

How it works:
- Sign up and create your personal fundraising page.
- Share your #yogasavedme story on your personal fundraising page, and/or why you support Living Yoga’s trauma-informed yoga programs.
- Set your fundraising goal and commit to fundraising through your personal networks for the month of April.
- Spread the word! Share your fundraising page on social media, with friends, coworkers, family members, and beyond!
** The top two fundraising individuals and top two fundraising teams will be awarded amazing prizes at our Yogathon Closing Event on May 4th!
In celebration of Living Yoga’s 20th year of service to the community, we dedicate this year’s Yogathon to documenting the scientifically proven benefits of yoga with as many personal yoga accounts as possible.
